There are cyan patches on his wingfolds that resemble frozen cubes. Black lines encircle the back of each wings. He is able to breathe a freezing vapour that freezes everything it comes into contact with. His strength is enhanced. He is capable of breaking through metal structures easily as shown when he ripped apart an enormous statue made of metal and snapped iron girders in half.
He is able to carry a Revonnahgander and a Prypiatosian B Containment Suit, both of which come with power cores, which give him extra energy and let him perform various actions. Big Chill is able to fly through the air and even create ice fragments using his powerful wing. This can inflict 13% damage to opponents. Big Chill can even create a protective shield around himself, which absorbs the force of attacks.
In the Ben 10 universe, Big Chill is a recurring character. He first appeared in Kevin's Big Score, where he failed to stop Kevin from escaping in the Rust Bucket 2. In Max Out, he battled DNAliens, and later helped Gwen put out a flame. In Map of Infinity he tried to negotiate the Albino Necrofriggian Guards, but ended up fighting them when they demanded a artifact from Mikdlty Temple. He changed to Echo Echo to fight the guards in the final battle.
He also was in Greetings from Techadon in which he scoured through an alien prison. In Viktor The Spoils, he slipped through a security grid and fought some Zarcovian soldiers. In Greetings from Null Void he chased Ultimate Aggregor and then switched to Goop to save Piscciss Volanns.
